CATERING

Green Spoon Kitchen is our in-house catering company, offering elevated yet approachable menus that celebrate ingredients at their seasonal peak. As a from-scratch, contemporary American kitchen, GSK pairs chef-driven cuisine with beautifully styled presentation designed to feel both refined and inviting.

While Green Spoon Kitchen is our preferred in-house caterer, we’re happy to welcome outside catering for cultural, religious, or specific cuisine needs. For a more casual or interactive dining experience, we also love incorporating food trucks and are excited to host them on our patio.
