Meet the Candidates IL-9th District hosted by Pink Poster Club | February 19th, 2026
Get ready to meet the candidates running for the IL-9th District in a casual and fun setting - send in your questions and get informed!
We’ve got a primary coming up on March 17, 2026 where we’ll decide who will be the Democratic candidate for the 9th Congressional District of Illinois. Join Pink Poster Club for an in-person event at PALMHOUSE where you can meet several of the candidates running. Have a beer, meet new people, and hear from several of the candidates hoping to represent you in Congress. Don't miss out on this casual and informative gathering – your voice matters!
Candidates will answer randomized questions submitted in advance from the audience. Answers will be timed. This is not a debate, but a friendly forum to help you get to know the candidates. If you’d like to submit a question, please click here and submit your question by February 6, 2026. Pink Poster Club will review and edit questions prior to the event.
Doors open at 6:30 PM and the forum runs from 7:00 PM -9:00 PM. There will be time to mingle and meet new people before and after the forum.
This is a ticketed event, and we expect it to sell out (again!).
Donations will go to covering the cost of the event. Remaining donations will go to Evanston Community Cares (50%) and to Pink Poster Club 2026 operational expenses (50%).
