Join us for a Live Flamenco show with an authentic Cuadro Flamenco, paired with 6-course Spanish inspired meal from Chef Debbie Evans.
Start the night off with a charcuterie of Spanish Meats + Cheeses, White Anchovies, Olives, Pickles and crackers, followed by Pamboli — sliced and toasted bread rubbed with tomato, olive oil, and garlic topped with Palma Jamon.
Next up enjoy Grilled Calcots and Asparagus with Romesco Sauce and a spanish-style salad. For the main-course you will get a traditional Seafood & Rabbit Paella. Finish off the evening with a Pastel de Naranjas served with sweet soft cheese.
